Going live!

The website has now been officially launched. The main thing to look at for the moment is the ‘resources’ section which for the first time brings together in one place the main research carried out by philosophers on the topic of biomimicry. The ‘about’ section provides some insight into what ‘philosophy of biomimicry’ is and my views on this exciting new field.

Quotes

I’ve just added a ‘quotes’ section, featuring quotations from famous and not so famous philosophers, from Aristotle onwards. These relate mostly to the idea of “art as imitation of nature” but there are some contemporary ones also from the philosophy of biomimicry.
